Finca El Diviso is located in Vereda La Reforma, La Plata, Huila, Colombia, and is managed by mother-daughter team Ludivia Luna and Andry. The farm spans 1.5 hectares at 1,800 m.a.s.l., where they cultivate Bourbon Aruzy, Pink Bourbon, F6, and Ombligon varieties.
Their Aruzy lot is carefully processed: ripe cherries are floated, depulped, and fermented in their own mucilage for 72 hours. After a light wash, the coffee is shade-dried for two days and finished in a parabolic dryer for about 15 days, depending on the weather.
Ludivia and her daughter Andry have been coffee farmers their entire lives. In fact, Andry also manages her own farm, Finca Los Eucaliptos, in the same vereda, where she has grown her own coffee since 2014.
In 2022, she heard about a variety with great potential, and decided to plant the exotic Bourbon Aruzy variety at Finca El Diviso (her mom had an available plot). Pleased with the cup quality, they now plan to expand their roster of amazing varieties, with Caturro Chiroso already growing in their nursery.
We began working with Ludivia and Andry in 2025 and are excited to keep bringing their coffees!
