Guajiquiro Natural is a regional lot from Guajiquiro, La Paz, Honduras. More than 5 producers from this region contributed to this lot, with their farms averaging 5.6 hectares at an elevation ranging from 1,600 to 1,800 m.a.s.l. They predominantly grow the varieties IHCAFE 90 and Catuai.
This Natural lot begins with careful hand-picking of ripe cherries, which are then fermented for 48–72 hours without water. The cherries are then laid to sun-dry on the patios for 15 to 18 days, depending on the weather.
The lot is brought to you by our exporting partners in Honduras, CONEXH (Corporación Exportadora de Café de Origen Natural de Honduras), a family-owned company founded in 2021.
They are on the mission of elevating Honduran coffee quality through quality farming practices while reducing agrochemical use and strengthening social impact in La Paz’s highlands.
This Guajiquiro lot comprises some of the members of CONEXH’s social initiative called Compaz—a group of producers working closely together to offer certified and overall high quality coffees.
We started working with CONEXH in 2025, and we already know this partnership will keep on delivering Honduran goodness.
