Shipping and delivery policy

 
The Coffee Quest Europe (International Direct Sourcing B.V.) stores coffee in third-party warehouse Nico Koot Int. in Zoeterwoude, The Netherlands.

To arrange pallet transport to your doorstep please contact your account manager for a quote. Only in case of transport inside the European Union.

To pick-up your invoiced coffee (in person or transporter) the customer will need to present the Release document at location. The Release will specify the pick-up details to the driver.

Payment must be received in advance of shipment or release, unless credit terms are agreed upon with The Coffee Quest.

Terms of Delivery: Free Carrier (FCA)
Payment terms: Net cash against invoice upon delivery

Minimum Order Quantity: 1 unit (bag or box)
Maximum weight pallet: 660kg

All coffee is packed on EUR pallets and wrapped and strapped if needed for stability. No return logistics (e.g. pallet exchange) is provided for the purchased pallet.
